Stretch & Breathe Routine:
To help you get started, here's a simple stretching routine that combines mindful breathing with gentle stretches:
Child's Pose

Begin in a kneeling position, then lower your hips back towards your heels while reaching your arms forward. Breathe deeply into your lower back and relax into the stretch for 1-2 minutes.
Seated Side Stretch

Sit on the floor with your legs extended, then reach one arm overhead towards the opposite side while stretching the opposite arm out to the side. Breathe deeply into the side body and hold for 30 seconds on each side.
Standing Forward Fold

Stand with your feet hip-width apart and hinge at the hips to fold forward, reaching towards the floor or your shins. Let your head and neck relax, breathing deeply into the back of your legs for 1 minute.
Remember, stretching with awareness is a practice that can be integrated into your daily routine to promote overall well-being and a deeper mind-body connection. Take the time to listen to your body, breathe consciously, and stretch with intention to reap the full benefits of this powerful practice.
